When i throw a baseball my elbow hurts?
hi, i am a third baseman left feilder and catcher but for the past two weeks whenever i throw i get a very very sharp pain down my throwing arm and then the pain stays there for the rest of the game i currently take Tylenol arthritis and when i was younger i had rumetorid arthritis (S.P)
whats wrong and what can i do to fix it and prevent the pain

it doesnt hurt when im not throwing but if i l ift my arm up than it starts to hurt (construction on my house when lifting)

You probably have tendinitis, this can be gradual and continuous or it can be just like you describe it comes on quickly and my go away and reoccur. Try this site it may help you decide if its your problem
