I was doing chin ups and I started to have a sharp pain in my bicep.?!

Question: I was doing chin ups and I started to have a sharp pain in my bicep.?
It isn't my whole bicep, just a small spot right by my armpit. It hurts whenever I try to do more chin ups. I'm 14 and have no idea what this is. Should I put ice/heat on it?

Answers:

Ice reduces swelling and heat loosens a tight muscles. Usally 10 min. of each. But in your case a heating pad might help. hopefully you didn't tear a muscle. But I did 1 pull up and was sore for 3 days. Their just not my thing.

Lol, it's called muscle soreness, and it happens from exercising. :D If you really want to, ice will help, as will Advil or Aspirin or whatever.
