Pain in the top of my foot?!

Question: Pain in the top of my foot?

Hello,
I was playing football with my mates yesterday and I kicked the ball and got a pain in the top of my foot. I can't really walk on it and It hurts when I bend my toes towards me. Also it hurts when I put my weight on it. I don't know what to doo? I have a Luton tour in 12days, will I be fit enough?
