Am I sick? Should I tell someone about my pain? Does it sound serious?!

Question: Am I sick? Should I tell someone about my pain? Does it sound serious?
Recently I've been having terrible heart and chest pain when I breathe. I've also been having trouble sleeping, eating, and remembering things. I don't know what's wrong and I'm afraid to tell anyone! What's wrong with me?! Is it serious?

Answers:

It sounds a though you are very stressed and keep things inside. I would go to my family doctor and tell him what has been going on with your body. When we are unsettled about are emotions and crisis in our lives .Our bodies give us many mixed signals. Some of them can be real and some may be just signs to tell us that we need to change. Get some help. By the way don't do any exercises suggested on this site. They may be dangerous for you. You never do any exercises without a picture to guide you.

You have pinched muscles in your back causing those pains for the back muscles often send the pains around your body on the nerves to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. When you take a breath your ribs expand out into the already pinched muscles to cause more pain. When you lay down it can cause even more pain when the pressure points change because of the side pressure on your body. Freeing up your back muscles will get rid of the pain and here's how to free up those muscles:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
