Why do I always seem to be in some type of pain?!

Question: Why do I always seem to be in some type of pain?
I mean well, I always seem to be in some type of pain. Whether it's my wrist (it pops a lot, basically every 5 seconds, and so I went to the doctor, went thru x-rays, then had acupuncture, still hurting tho. anyone wanna give me some advice to make it become NORMAL again?), or my stomach (everyday my stomach hurts so I went to see a doctor and I got a type of medication called Pepcid. that helped a LOT but Im not sure if I should use this everyday.. Would it might eventually become an overdose?), and I have some leg, ankle, and muscle problems, too (tho I think it's because of maybe that I have joint problems yet I get lots of Vitamin D and NO I do NOT have Arthritis..).

And so I also am going thru a LOT of pain due to my puberty stages.. (though that's not mainly IT)
It's mainly how I am always at school and there is a guy I hate but I used to like him and now I feel like Im starting to like him again and one time I even had these crazy dreams about him.. so I SOOOO don't want to like him since i REALLY REALLY REALLY hate him. (HE IS NOT THE MAIN PROBLEM!!!! HE'S JUST MINOR!!! I DON'T CARE 'BOUT HIM!!!)

Um, and people might think this is all crap or whatever, but I've have wanted to committ suicide numerous times but when I look at the freakin knife I just go Noooo... not yet not yet..! Yet sometimes I even want to cut myself and so recently I've been reading about Anorexia Nervosa and how to deal with all these painful problems. I've had a pretty rough childhood, so I usually stand strong and tough. Im one of those people who seems great on the outside, but inside, not so great. I don't feel like discussing my past, as that (Yeah it did) might make me cry. A lot of people say that I look depressed all the time and always seem ready to cry. I don't believe that Im "emo", yet I just feel all tired, moody and upset. My mom IS supportive, but I don't believe she would send me to a therapist just yet. (However, she said that if I say I will committ suicide one more time, she's sending me to a group for the "special" people.) My dad neglects me all the time and just does the regular stuff. So I always rely on my mom for help. I suppose I do have a little close ring of friends but that's it. I don't ever seem to worry about makeup, how I look.. I don't have peer pressure. Im not very social but Im not shy at all. My mother calls me an emotionally intelligent teen, the most difficult type out of all the teens.

Sorry for this long text garbage, but I really would appreciate some advice. I tried to be as detailed as possible but not too detailed. If you could answer some of my questions up there, I would really like that. Thank you.

Answers:

You may be suffering from Fibromyalgia and depression. You definitely need to be seen by a doctor as there are different ways to treat teens as certain antidepressants can be harmful to you. I obviously am not a doctor but hate to hear about someone in as much pain as you are in, mentally and physically. Like I said, you seem to be suffering from depression, for which there is help and Fibromyalgia which would explain all your pain in other areas. This can't be taken lightly so make sure you see a doctor and get the help that you need. Sorry for you misery, and hope this advice helps.

You have tight back muscles causing the problems with your stomach. The tight muscles can press onto the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to your stomach which would cause it to release more gastric acid which is going to burn. The antacid stuff will help the pain but not get rid of the problem. Freeing up your back muscles will get the pressure off the nerves to get rid of the problem and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
The other pains you are having are from tight muscles and tendons to cause the problems. There are way to many to go into how to get rid of the pains. They usually tighten up when you don't exercise much.
