help! I have this terrible bloating feeling just below my ribs, details: I don't have my first period yet so it can't be period troubles. I am moat wearing tight clothes. I think I am on a growth spurt. I've eaten. I've gone to the restroom. I'm eleven and on my sister's account, help?!

It may just be heart burn. The pain from heart burn can be any where from mid chest to low abdomen try drinking just plain water and maybe bread or oatmeal nothing spicy, if not better in the morning try pep-to or parents.
