I have bad back pain from heavy lifting.?!

Question: I have bad back pain from heavy lifting.?
Im 16 years old and not very muscular, but still stronger then half the kids my age. I'm going to try and give as much information as possible, excuse bad grammar i cant sleep.

Lately this week my family has been remodeling the house, and my father isn't with us anymore so i have to do the heavy lifting with little to no help. Well I had to lift an EXTREMELY heavy couch, so i called over a neiborh, and something happened to my back, because halfway across the room when carrying it I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my back, and i immediately drooped the couch. I got over the pain for awhile after taking pills and finished what i was doing, but now im aching badly and cant sleep, nothing seems to help.

Also, im not looking for anything to make me stronger, just something to make the pain stop or to make it any less horrid.

A cost effective way to reduce the pain is available now. And if you have a cost effective treatment you should seek one. The solution is practical and conventional in a way that it can suit your lifestyle. And the solution is the use of back braces.

You can simply use this supporting brace under your t-shirt or blouses and whenever you want to wear. Your lifestyle and activities will not be disrupted. Your back pain will be lessened and you would be able to maintain the correct posture and body alignment. Furthermore, the movements of your body which can aggravate your injuries are prevented by the brace. As opposed to other treatments it is not invasive. It has the potential to improve the pressure in the intervertebral disc. It also aids in preventing the muscle strain in the back. There are many who have expressed their satisfaction because they found their "new pill".

Eudora gave you sound information and a back brace should give you relief, but if you got the pain suddenly, you could have damaged a disc in your lower back. I would suggest that you see your doctor so he/she could prescribe the proper examinations and also to have you fitted with a back brace that is made specifically for you, but stop wearing the brace when the pain is gone since a brace will weaken the muscles in the affected area and the muscles give added support to the movable parts of your spine, so you will be more prone to new injuries and pain in your spine.
If you are taking prescription pain killers that were prescribed for someone else, please stop and have your doctor prescribe medication for your use only.
