What is the sharp pain in my ear when i chew?!

Question: What is the sharp pain in my ear when i chew?
i haven't got an ear infection. I do have some water trapped in my ear that i can't get out. I am prone to ear related problems. Probably because i have tiny little elf ears (pointy and small)

Answers:

You can have tight neck muscles causing both problems for you. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head passing just inside of your ears. When the muscles are tight they can press onto the nerves going to your ears to cause pains and problems in them. When you chew the neck muscles would move in this area to rub across the nerves to cause the pain. Freeing up your neck muscles should get rid of your pain and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
