also, i dont sleep at any time in the day.
Answers:
Drink a cup of warm milk before bed. (Please don't knock it till you try it! lol!) You can add honey to make it taste great. It works great for millions of people, including myself!
Also, when you get in bed, don't think about yourself. Think about your favorite TV show or great movie you saw, a great book you read, or some beautiful scenery like the blue-green waters, beautiful flowers, and awesome sunsets of Hawaii.
Then there's Melatonin. It's a very safe vitamin sold everywhere. (Probably cheapest at Walmart.) Try 3Mg's, but you can take up to 5Mg's before bed. Talk to the pharmacist if you have any questions.

maybe you think a lot while sleeping. try to read some boring books or stuffs that you don't enjoy a lot and don't think hard. good luck. btw i suffer from the same phobia
