Why do I get sick so often?!

Question: Why do I get sick so often?
I get sick usually in January, April, one time in the summer, and either September or October. It's usually 5-6 times a year for the past few years. I would have runny/stuffy nose, sneezing and sometimes high fever and last about a week and half.

Answers:

that used to happen to me to. i suggest more excersise and vitamin C to strengthen your immune system.

It might be allergies or you immune is very week. I know i get sick alot more then that I am sick almost every month. Since about the end of January i been sick 24/7 I have not yet to feel better been to doctor and ER one after another and they figured out why i was not feeling good but it still not helping me at all. I ended up having pleurisy which is inflammation in the lining of the lung that not what is causing me to be sick though it just everything mixed up as don't sleep much either.

It depends on your diet and exercise. Some people skimp out on the exercise and just use dieting.

You either have a weak immune system or you are often around sick people.

Your immune system is weak, try exercising more
