Question: Lack of energy in my body HELP 10pts?
ok i am 21 years old 5'10 180lb, my problem is i have no energy at all i have to sit down and rest. i went to the gym today and i didnt even have the energy to stay and it just got bored now i am lying down in my bed posting this. i havnt really done much excercise lately or in the past year and some. i have played this game called World of Warcraft day in and out all day long for the past 2 years. my diet is nothing. i am very low in money i only eat once a day sometimes no times a day because i just dont have the money and my part time job is not cutting it. is there something else i can do to gain my energy back any pills what do i need to eat or what that is low income. and also my lack of energy has bored my relation ship with my ex fiance and she went and find another person to cause her entertainment.(its a friend not a BF or i would hope we dont really talk anymore). anyway i dont have much friend and i live in a boring stat. any thing you can tell or hint off to me would be greatfully appreciated

I really think you need to see a doctor. I felt the same way and I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I am not saying that you have either of these. There are many of things that cause this type of fatigue. If you don't have the money to see one chances are you have a free clinic in your area and you can go to that. If not you can go to or call social services to get help with seeing a doctor.

There are things to assist you in getting energy. I have used Mitochondria Ignite. It is a supplement. The doctor can also give you a prescription for energy after they have ruled everything out.

It is possible that your diet has caused you to have less energy. I agree with fruits and vegetables, and chicken. I have two recipes I can give you for chicken if you would like to send me a message.

I don't think the World of Warcraft is the issue.

Please see a doctor and change your diet.

My own expreience



Well you could cancel your sub for wow and start playing rift ;) its a lot better. But sounds like you know all the answers to your questions. You need to start eating right. Eat an apple or banana once a day, or maybe a yogurt. You've gotta at least eat cereal for breakfast too since breakfast is where we get our energy for the day. I'm on a new sandwich kick because they are cheap, easy and healthy.



Fruit and veggies are cheap. Eat lots of these. Same with brown rice. Buy cheap chicken breasts on the day they expire (the price usually gets knocked in half).

You just need some healthy calories and you'll be right as rain.



Drink only water. Excersise daily. No packaged food nor fried and sleep 8 hours and your good money
