Could be any number of things. For starters, are you keeping hydrated? Are you getting the required number of cups of water a day?
What is your eating habbits? If you are not eating properly you will never have any energy to do things and you will always be tired. Read the book "Eating to live" guaranteed you will live your life so so so so much better.
How often do you exercise? Are you over-weight? Staying fit is vital to your energy output and
capacity. Go for a run (at least 40 min) a couple times a week, or hit the gym, go for a bike ride etc.
Just get active!
