Question: Are my fingers damaged?
I was cutting up wood about 4 hours ago and I ended up taking breaks from the cutting since I could hardly bend my fingers after letting go of the axe. I was really giving it my all and I'm not too strong.
Now one of my fingers hurt if I just keep it straight but doesn't hurt if I bend it (right ring finger). Is this like normal or what ? :)
And I'm turning 14 and I'm a 5 foot 6" girl if that helps at all. I don't see how, but still.

No, your fingers are just worn out from the repeated swinging and stop motion. They'll recover after a day or two.
