Why is my left leg keep going numb?!?!

Question: Why is my left leg keep going numb?!?
It's starting to really freak me out for weeks now i keep massaging it thinking it'll help the circulation.
My dad says he had it too and it's a sciatic nerve from my bag or something? I was in a lot of pain awhile ago it actually hurt from behind my knee. I been waking up so many times in the night because it goes completely numb, i don't even sleep on that leg, what the heck is going on?!! My arm even started feeling tingly on the left side..It's starting to scare me a bit.

Answers:

You have tight muscles in your lower back pressing onto the nerves, including the sciatic, going to your legs to cause the problems in your legs. When you are sleeping the pressure is increased by laying down to make you wake up during the night. Freeing up the muscles in your back will get the pressure off the nerves to get rid of this problem for you and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Poor blood circulation because 1.) your not actively moving around 2.) you have an injury 3.) who knows

Lack of circulation, go see a doctor for possible block in artery.

blood clots in your leg. better get to a doctor or you will die
