Question: I Think I Strained My Calf Muscle Really Badly, Help?
Okay, so I was doing calf raises and i did 90 reps on each calf separately and 200 reps on both together in under 30 min....now the next day i was struggling to walk and each step i took my calf was in pain, i think i strained it really badly, but i'm not sure to what extent and how do i treat this injury?

Its okay....you are suffereing from a brutal amount of DOMS....a sort of sorness caused by workout. It si inflammation and i guess a little swelling may be present there.
Use the RICE principal
Rest...
Ice Pack it..
Compression...use crape bands to do that
Elevation...try to keep your calves above heart level to keep the blood pressure low in that area.
