I stretch my hamstrings, but they just get tight again?!


Question: I stretch my hamstrings, but they just get tight again?
I stretch my hamstrings 20-30 minutes every day, but they just get tight again!

Answers:

ok first you should warm up before you stretch, after you warm up go ahead and stretch. It won't make you as sore and maybe your hamstrings are still tight so they might be looser once your hamstrings get stretched more. Also if you are really sore take a hot shower or bath to loosen them a little more and then if you want you can stretch they won't feel as tight if you stretch after a hot shower or bath.

On days you dont do activity stretch them out to get them loose and eat lots of bananas they help keep muscles loose



Ice them hammies up for goodness sakes!
