Lower back pain when sleeping in a 'straight' position throughout the !

Question: Lower back pain when sleeping in a 'straight' position throughout the night?

I have been suffering from lower back pain for a while now, but only when i wake up and have slept throughout the night whilst keeping my body straight (on my back, stomach etc.)! If i curl up i wake up and don't feel a thing!..anyone know what may be causing this or is it nothing?
