They aren't taking it any seriousier than that because they don't know what to do for you. They haven't listened to me either when I tried to tell them what causes the migraines and how to get rid of them. Just as bad. Migraines are the neck muscles tightened up very tight. The neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles are tight they pull on the head muscles and when they are tight and go into pain it's your migraine. If your eyes go into pain it's because the nerves for your eyes go to the back of your head passing next to the neck muscles. When the neck muscles are tight they can press into the nerves which causes pains on the back of your eyes. More pressure causes the pupils to dilate to make you sensitive to light or for things to go blurry. The tight neck muscles will give you pressure in your head can make you dizzy as well. Freeing up your neck muscles will get rid of the problems causing your migraine. It may take a few times to get the muscles freed up and kept that way but it will happen. The good part is you can keep doing them without causing any problems. Here's how to free up your neck muscles for your relief:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. repeat as needed.
For the rest of your pains it's tight back muscles causing those problems. The neck muscles may have played a role in these pains happening as the back and neck share muscles so it's easy for the tightness to pass through them. Here's how to free up your back muscles to get rid of the pains there:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. I know how it feels with them not listening to you and it sucks. The reason I feel it's so important to get rid of the pains in your back and neck is that the tight muscles are pulling your vertebrae together with enough force and for an extended time which is what I feel causes the disc failures, slipped, ruptured and all. I don't know of any other way you would have enough pressure on them for the time needed if it didn't come from our muscles. They aren't even looking at them as the cause yet like they just happen. So I'm really trying to save your back in the long run.
