Here are general guidelines to ensure your maximum energy
1)Drink two full glasses of water upon waking up. This stimulates your cardiovascular system among other things.
2) Eat a somewhat balanced diet. You have to remember your body tries to use whatever you ingest as "fuel", think of junk food as empty calories, etc.
3) 20 minutes of exercise, three times a week.
4) get between 6-9 hours of sleep a night.


If you are a teenager, feeling sleepy and tired is probably normal.

Get some routine labs done just to make sure nothing is medically wrong with you.



Probably bad sleeping patterns. Could be stress related or symptoms of depression or anxiety.

Could also be a poor diet in general.
