I am really tired....?!


Question: I am really tired....?
I woke up at 4:00 a.m. I stayed up until then and now I'm really tired! Should I stay up and dread what today brings? Should I go get the rest I need? Although, I might not wake until 5:00 p.m? Should I stay or should I go?

Answers:

Well the average person need 8-10 hours of sleep. It's actually bad for you to be tired alot and not getting the sleep you need. So yeah get some more sleep on the weekend and try to go to bed earlier even if it means missing your fav tv show. So stay today then tomorrow make sure you get more sleep.



Just get some sleep if you're really tired. You won't be very productive while exhausted anyways, so you might as well just sleep.



Stay and have caffeine, that what i would do and i wouldn't even have caffeine.
