How to require less sleep?!

Question: How to require less sleep?
I work a night shift from 11pm-7am. I come home, eat, and usually go to bed at 9am. However, I find that when I wake up at 9pm, 12 hours later, I'm still extremely tired. This is constant and I need to find a way to require more normal amounts of sleep, so that i can have a couple of hours before and after work of free time. Any ideas?

Answers:

You need time to adjust to your new hours, but you won't do this by getting more sleep. In fact too much sleep can make you more tired, not less. Stick to a routine: go to bed and get up at the same time, allow yourself 8 hours max in bed and make sure you eat a healthy diet and get some exercise each day. Yes, it's going to be hard work at first, but convince yourself that you can do it and you will.

if u just started that job your body will need time of some weeks to adjust. U can try meditation and relaxation. Hearing slow music also can help. To start meditation and dhyan or relaxation u can download videos and musics also.
