Question: I Just Started Working Out & I am A Smoker?
I just started workin out, & I did a hard workout on Thursday night, I started seeing dots, almost fainted when I was done & when I got home (live across from the fitness club) I threw up & coughed out blood right after, then yesterday I didnt workout, but samething happened again, threw up & coughed out blood right after again. And on top of that, just abit over a week now I've been feeling dizzy & having major headaches that keep on coming & going. and I'm 22 years. weigh 164, height 5'5

Answers:

Dizzy and headaches could be low blood pressure but you need to see the doc and coughing blood certainly needs looking into so just GO. Working out will make you feel worse if you are not well anyway but anyway you should never go at it like a bull. Warm up first. Dont do too much first few times and increase gradually or you will just get very stiff and probably strain something then you wont be able to go at all. You certainly wont get fit.



I will give you the same advice I give everyone in your position..quit smoking and most important..see a qualified physician right away.



get that checked out. it could be something respiratory related. seek immediate medical attention.
