How do I break my own nose to fix it?!

Question: How do I break my own nose to fix it?
My nose has been broken twice, leaving me with a slight disruption to breathing in one nostril, a feel of constant pressure midway up the nose, and hissing in my left ear. When I press firmly on the side of my nose, the hissing stops.

I've been to the ENT twice; they will only break and reset the nose if it's badly deformed, or both nostrils are totally blocked, but it's the tinnitus I want to get rid of. My GP won't give me a new referral, and I can't afford to go private.

I was thinking about getting dosed up on Paramol & Cuprofen plus, and breaking it myself, hopefully just enough to centre it, and put everything back in order (stopping the hissing is the main priority).

Would I be better using two nasal specula and forcing a break from the inside, or getting a wet cloth on the side of my nose and using a hammer?

Answers:

How was you nose broken the first two times... One of them could be the answer.

Hammer could shatter the bones in the nose, and make things worse.

EDIT:
When you were headbutted and your nose broke, those treating you should have straightened your nose at the time (fixing the problem while it was broke). If they were professionally trained you could ask them to 'fix' the problem because they didn't do it at the time.

The speculum may work, or of course another headbutt would force a break and then while broken straighten your nose before it resets.

There are many options, but doing it yourself isn't the best thing to do. The break will cause bruising around the nose/eyes and then you have to explain that to those who ask what happened, so to have a true the reason (sports injury/medical fixture) is better than saying you did it yourself.

You Need Psychological HELP ASAP

it will make things worse.
seek out a plastic surgeon. a crooked nose is common, no big deal.
