Can smoking one cigarette per 2 months cause any problems?!

Question: Can smoking one cigarette per 2 months cause any problems?
Answers:

It's certainly less harmful than more regular smoking. However, you should really ask yourself does it enhance your life in anyway, as its still probably doing some damage. You are obviously not overly addicted if you can exercise the self control to smoke so seldom. But you are putting yourself to risk of developing a more serious addiction to it, as nobody is infallible. It's more a question of your own personal priorities than anything else.

Well, every cigarette that you smoke does add toxins to your body. The nicotine from it will certainly do the job in your body that it will do in a "regular smoker's" body by constricting blood flow, and adding tar to your lungs. If you are under the age of 35, you are also adding the risk of becoming adicted to smoking. (There is a strong correlation between age and addiction...) One cigarette every 2 months can easily become every one month, then a coule of weeks and then just on weekends, then... Yes, it can cause problems.

Yes one cigarette causes health problems. You can get lung cancer.it can also damges your alevois i suggest you stop.there are other fun things to do,like listening to your ipod or going for a jog.Good luck! =)

I recall an add on TV saying 'every cigarette is doing you damage'
