Strong Back Pains When Jumping on Trampoline?!

Question: Strong Back Pains When Jumping on Trampoline?
For the past 4 years whenever I jump on a trampoline I get sharp pains in my middle back, It starts as a little annoyance but after a few minutes it becomes too painful to continue jumping. I am a healthy 14 year old and as soon as I stop jumping I no longer feel the pain, it takes a full day before I can jump again. Today I got a trampoline of my own after only practicing on friends, The pain got worse then ever before and as soon as I stopped jumping it no longer hurt. Around 3-4 years ago I had an accident which really messed up my neck but I went to a physiotherapist and he helped massage it back to it's original state. I do not think this is related with my back pains but I hope you can help me, Thank you for your advice!

I think it might be to do with your neck injury as it is all related and connects together. I do dance and when jumping normally we have to be careful not to lean backwards when we jump. We have to make sure that we bend our knees when we land and that we go straight up and even lean a little forward when we jump because leaning back wards puts and enormous strain on your back and also makes your body do more work to get you upright again. I think don't jump as often but even better jump with hthe right technique (lean forward more and bend your knees) if the problem persists see a physio again :)
P.S man people in our school have back problems due to dance as this is most likely the case
