why does my head pound?!
Question: Why does my head pound?
Answers:
You are playing so intensely that you are tightening up your neck muscles and that is backing up blood in your head and that's the pounding you are having. Freeing up your neck muscles will get the blood flowing again and the pounding to stop. Here's how to free up those muscles:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
Video games? you need to take a break from them then. My brother had a seizure from not taking a break while playing video games. You need to stop once this happens.
Doctor
You may have a serious medical condition. Consult a doctor. I doubt anyone here can help you.
