i found a fingernail / toenail in my chocolate bar, who do i report it to?!

ewww im not surprised you nearly threw up totally mining. take a photo of it and send the bar back to the manufactures with the nail. with a very nice letter explaining when you bought it and were and how disgusted you are. you could even mention the fact that do they understand that in the last five years the rate of blood born deceases have increased dramatically and the chances of contaminating some one with a nail clipping can also spread such deceases to unsuspecting person

I found maggots all inside my hersheys candy bar and i had taken a bite! i called hersheys and they gave me a couple dollars worth of free candy but that's it. unless i had become ill and had to go to the emergency room there is nothing you can do about it. i even called attorneys. lol. they asked me where i bought the candy bar and they called the place and had them pull the candy off the shelves. these maggots were moving too! they were alive! it was dark and i saw something moving and i turned on the light and there they were. made me sick!

You repert it to the company and report to health athorities to and tell them than your complaining about the campany. And needless to say, that is very disgusting!

Contact the health department after taking some pictures with you and at least one other person show the candy.

You could report it to the FDA (food and drug adminstration). Im not sure what they would do! That is really gross!
