What is the best workout to get rid of your midsection?!


Question: What is the best workout to get rid of your midsection?
I seem to be losing weight everywhere else but my midsection. Does that go away last? I work out 5 times a day; 45+ of cardio and about 30min of weight training at the gym. I can't seem to eat 5X a day, breakfast, small lunch, and filling dinner. Since I work at night, my dinner often occurs around 10pm. I try to Make sure I eat veggies, fruit, whole grains, fiber, and lots of water. Is there something I'm not doing right? It's also been about 3 months since I started to be more active and I did lose about 18 lbs, but my pants seem to still fit the same.

Answers:

Cut out cmplex carbs like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes that kinda stuff or at least stop eating them after 2pm. Your body stores those types of carbs to use later as energy...everyone stores differently...you may store this in your stomach region so if you cut it down or out for a while you will see a difference. I store carbs in may upper legs....when i cut our my carbs my legs lean out.



the bicycle crunch! it not only works out the middle of the midsection, but also the sides of the midsection. you'll get a flater belly and a more defined waist



im in the same boat.. But you have to do like situps and crunches for your mid section.... most weight training is only going to tone your tri and bi ceps... But hit the abdominal workouts...



If you have money, google insanity workout! It help me a lot for the same problem
