anyways, i went to my doctor and she listened to my lungs and gave me a spirometer test. she said i was ok but without a MRI couldn't gaurentee anything.
so my question is most likely im fine right? i mean i hope iv only sustained minor repairable damage. nothing serious like emphysema. i dont smoke anymore.

If your spiro test was 'ok' then you are realistically fine. You do not have emphysema, A BLOODY DOCTOR WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU DIPSHIT...
You will have sustained damage that is irreparable, but it is small enough that it is not effecting you, in any/many ways.
What did the spiro test come back as?
At 25, your body still replenishes its cells and heals efficiently. You'll be fine.
