Mild Chest Pains for two days?!

Question: Mild Chest Pains for two days?
I have started taking some new medications -(Vyvanse, Lexapro, Lorazepam(as needed). Over the weekend I worked outside all day with only eating a cereal bar for breakfast. Around noon or so I started getting slight to mild pains in my chest. These lasted all night. On Sunday I woke up and took my meds, started doing some house work and the pains came back., and stayed all say. Taking one of my Lorazepan's helped a little. Today I woke up and felt ok, Took my meds and I started to feel very shaky, my left arm was a little numb, but no chest pains. I took another Lorazepam and the shakiness has gone somewhat away, my arm is still bothering me and is now in my shoulder some. I do not have the chest pains like I did the last two days. Does anyone know if this could be a heart attack or something else? If it has been going on for a couple days now, could it have been I was just stressed? Or is it possible my medications are messing with me?

Answers:

Chest pains are usually caused by pinched back muscles that have sent the pains around the body on the nerves to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. Pinched back muscles can trap nerves going to the arms to cause problems in them as well. Freeing up your back muscles should get rid of these pains for you and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
