Question: Back problem 10 points!!!?
A while back, I was in Tae Kwon Do. After the first night, I was helping my dad in the garden, and all of a sudden, this SHARP pain came on, and I about fell down. After awhile, I went to the doctors for back problems, and he was feeling around on my back, and put pressure on this one spot, and I about jumped off the table it hurt so bad. He had me sent for x-rays, and everything seemed alright. Well, it has been off and on, but today I was tilling my garden, and it came on. It is just this one spot, and it feels like someone shot me. What could it be? It is near one of the pressure points on my back, if that helps. Could it be a pinched nerve? The doc couldn't find anything in the x-ray, but the problem persists.

You have a pinched muscle in your back and they don't show up on x-rays. You can free up your back muscles to get rid of the pain and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
