I'm not a medical professional, but I understand there are many, many reasons for the loss of one's sense of balance.
One thing I'm sure of is that problems getting up from a squat or a sit, because I've had that all my life. That's low blood pressure, which is enviable at 53 except for the possibilities of a faint and getting hurt when you go down. The 'cure' is to stop rising quickly. Move around in place for 30 seconds, and get up slowly. Real convenient, huh?
Possibilities for the loss of balance include various types of inner ear trouble, diseases of the nervous system, brain disease or injury, Parkinson's, MS, Cogan's, memingitis, and just plain old aging.
If this is happening along with coordination issues, I would not delay seeing my doctor and being completely frank. Whatever the cause, the sooner it's identified and under treatment or careful watch, the better off you'll be. You're awfully young to limit your activities over this.
ear infections? I know ear infections and all different kinds of sinus problems can really affect my balance. It may be something this simple, but really you need to go to your doctor. the sooner you know what it is, the sooner you'll be able to treat it! hope this helps :-)
your symptoms are most commonly associated with ear infections or brain problems
