Do contacts hurt?
Im 12 and my parents are finally letting me be able to get them. My mom says it hurts but she had the ones like 20-30 years ago, the hard ones. Are the contacts now days hurt or not. And is it hard to put them in.

the contacts today are made of a certain plastic the ones your mom had were made of glass so the ones these days are more flexible and are more comfortable to wear although you have to take good care of them. I wear contacts myself and i love them. Everyone likes different kinds although i went with pure vision which is perfect for me. they never go dry and are very comfortable like i cant even feel they are there.
