Why do people always ask?
Why do people always ask me if my eyes are real... my eyes are grey, not blue not green...but grey and since I have red hair I guess my eyes seem to stand out more or something...but people are always asking if my eyes are real...i just want to tell them no I bought them on a wal mart shelf. Are grey eyes really that uncommon?

Im never mean, I just smile and tell them that they are my natural color and thank you...its just in the back of my mind im thinking about the wal mart comment lol

I've got more steel grey that turn green when I'm under the weather...and I play it up!! I dyed my hair red at one point...and they did seem to stand out more, and since I went back to brown...they seem more dull. I had someone ask once where I got the colored contacts...cause they wanted grey eyes...hmmm...didn't know the answer to that one!!
Grey eyes aren't as common as blue, brown, or hazel...but I love them, and actually would take it as a compliment...grey is natural to us :)
