How long did it take you to put contacts on for the first time? I'm 13 and I just got them. My eye doctor wouldnt let me leave until I could put them in and take them out all by myself-it took about an hour. I got so frusterated that I cried...lol...but couldn't take them out when I got home. I ended up scratching my eye badly and it hurt the next day so I didnt put my contacts in at all. Now I can't even put them in! I really need help-especially with taking them out. I dont wear my glasses cuz i hate them and i really need to wear contacts for the sports that i play! Help...please...

If you are ok with putting them in its easy enough to take them out.
try to keep calm if you cant get them out dont panic because it will get harder if you do. you should hold your eye open and use your index finger and thumb to pinch the lens and then pull away from your eye. you wont pinch your cornea unless you pinch really hard.
if you find this too difficult place a finger on the lens and pull it downwards it should crease up against your eyelid and flip out of your eye. it you cant get it out go to the opticians.
