Is there anything wrong with using Contact solution, as eye drops?

Can it be harmful??

If you are talking about the cleaning solution...then yes, that can be harmful. Opti-Free, Clear Care...those are disinfecting solutions and it says right on the bottle not to put directly in eyes and to make sure the solution has neutralized for at least six hours prior to putting your contacts in.

If you are talking about normal saline solution, yes, you can use that as an eye drop. Just be careful not to squeeze the bottle too hard like I did once...ended up with a face full of saline solution lol
