He is 19 and has no insurance. He needs an exam and glasses. Does anyone know of lost cost places?

I got mine at walmart when I didn`t have insurance. I think the exam was around 30 dollars and the glasses ended up being about 120 （the cheepest were 60 bucks, but those would be with the coke bottle lenses).
Many places advertise cheap deals for glasses/exams but they don`t give you the whole story. For example, they may only include the frames but not the lenses, or your selection of frames will be miniscule and very dorky looking. Your typical bait and switch.
