My upper right eye lid has been twitching for the past few days...whats up with that?

I get this from time to time and was told that most causes of it are completely harmless. Its just a muscle spasm (like any other one) that can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, too much caffeine or a sinus cold.
If it lasts more then a couple weeks, you should get it checked out, but if its only a couple days, look into whether or not it is caused by any of the things above and see if you correct them that it goes away. More then likely, its usually something to do with stress that causes it.
