Hi, judging from your question, u must be from singapore, SE-Asia or HongKong. Only in these countries, opticians use the term 'Degrees'. 175 degrees means 1.75D. Just divide the value by 100. Optometrists in Singapore are working on changing the mindset of the people to accept this term: Diopters. Your Rx reads: Right eye -1.75 Diopter Sphere (no astig) and Left eye reads: -1.75/-0.25 DCx 93. Which means you have very mild ATR astigmatism in your left eye. The 'minus' sign in front means it's a concave lens, u have myopia. For asians, -1.75 Myopia is not high. We regard -8.00D and above as 'high myopia' in Singapore
