Please help!!!!! eye contact problem!!!!?

Ok, around september I got new contacts, and fora bout 2 months everything was going fine. I would wash my hands, take my contacts out and put it in a solution. then i would wash my hands, take the contacts, andd then put them back into my eyes.
i don't wear my contacts too long (they are soft lenses) for ab out 6-8 hours a day.
Then all of a sudden......
when i take my contacts out, after 2 hours then become really red and irritated! I really want to wear contacts and i don't know why it is like that. my doctors don't seem to helpful either. I think it's becuase i don't "rub" my contacts... i don't even know what rubbing your contacts mean. also, do i have to put in some special droplets to keep my eyes moist or somthing? i really want to wear contacts !

I don't know if this will work but the same thing happened to a friend of mine. It turned out that they suddenly became allergic to the solution they were using. It was weird because their eyes didn't get red for a couple of hours after using their solution but when they changed their solution they were fine. Don't use the store brand or any cheap stuff.
