what are the best type of contacts, i'm 14 and i play a lot of sports

My personal favorite is the acute oasis or the acuvue 1 day moist. Both are really good and acuvue makes really good products. The daily's might be better because you can just throw them out before you go to sleep or after you play sports, the one thing is they can get pricey. The acuvue oasis are really comfortable though and your eyes don't get dry and itchy either. Good luck :)
