Usually caused by strees and lack of sleep, and not eating right. East some good meals that have all your basics in them, drink a lot of water, and go to bed eary a few nights ina row. Relax a bit and do nto worryaobut so many things at once! It should clear up. It is just your bady's way of telling you to slow down and get some rest! Annoying little things huh?
