Help! Glasses problem?

Okay I just got a prescription change in my glasses. I wear them all the time. My vision is 100/20. But almost instantly i got head aches. No im not mis diagnosed becuz after i got the change they tested me on the eye chart and i got 20/20. Yes im goin 2 the ye doc but its nxt week. Untill then should i wear them all the time or when I RLY cant see. (i dont drive)
