Question:

I have scratched a lens of my glasses. They are plastic. What can I use to repair them?

Answers:

Sorry hun, Honestly if there was a good way of repairing scratched lenses then opticals would definitely do this type of service. Any product that is sold to "remove" scratches usually makes a smudge in the place of the scratch. Buffing the lenses wouldn't work either because it would change the optics of the lens! Your best option is lens replacement and taking precautions in the future to prevent scratches by always placing your glasses in the case when they are not on your face! Also in the future you may want to try the ultra tough scratch resistant coating.... this does not mean they are scratch proof.. it is just more protection from normal everyday wear!
