Is this bad for my eyes?

i like to work on my laptop at night with no light on. my eyes don't really feel stressed or anything like that but im nearsighted and is this going to affect my vision?

of course it would!.. you know.. i am a near sighted person..just like you..and im really careful with my eyes!.. i consider vital... and also.. when i found out things about it..i really got so regretful about all things that i did..that made me near sighted..i wished i never did them..like first!... radiation from any object is bad...specifically from the computer and television..it destroys vision and alters the cornea and retina of the eye...and such caused astigmatism too...dont read in a moving conveyance... dont ever..dont read while LYING... dont read in a dark place...read in white-lighted place... relax your eyes in a green colored object or place for about a minute or more... also... dont rub ur eyes 2 much .. i use glasses..i did not carry to use contacts..we bought a pair but..it hurts... eye glasses..let me see clear..though contacts are better..and also..such glasses has UV PROTECTION...and that's important.. while doing lap top things...wear your eye glasses which has Uv protection and d right vision for you..eat vitamin a foods... and egg yolk and water!.. and love your eyes...without life is miserable..i tell you..so.. love it..the way i do..!
