Corneal neovascularisation?
My optician told me today that I have small blood vessels in my eyes that shouldn't be there. The cause was wearing my contact lenses all day every day (not a good idea she says). I've switched back to wearing my glasses from now on and only wearing lenses on special occasions as if these vessels keep growing it could really affect my sight. My question is does anyone know if by not wearing my lenses so much will these extra vessels die off or am I stuck with them for life now? (Should have asked optician but was kinda shocked by it all). By the way I'm only 26.

I think they are treating the results without knowing the reasons , you should go to an ophthalmologist to know what caused that and to make sure that nothing is actively harming your eyes
