Not wearing glasses doesn't make your vision get any worse. The only precaution would be driving-depending on your prescription strength it is illegal to not wear your glasses/contacts-because you may cause an auto accident. You need to go back to the eye Dr and get the correct eye glass prescription if they are hurting your eyes.
