Is it normal for a stye to peel?
I have a stye inside my top eyelid, and there''s a huge red bump there. I've had it for a week now, and it seems to be getting better by itself without popping because it's getting smaller, but now the skin of the bump is starting to peel..like I have a sunburn there or something. Is that normal?
Isn't a stye similar to a pimple since it's technically an oil gland? Shouldn't it be reeking with oil instead of peeling like it's really dry? And if it IS normal and my stye will get better without popping, then how long will it take for my eye to get better!?!

no it could starting to dry out... I would recommend hot compress with a wash rag on your eye in he moring and at night.
