No,as the power of each lens ( assuming you are referring to the left and right lenses ) would be different.
If you are talking in terms of interchanging with a different pair, then that would be such a waste. Lenses last only about a month once the pack has been opened. You'll not be able to wear them longer than that as they'll dry out,
