I can see a bright halo around the edge of my right eye?

i can see a bright halo around the edge of my right eye, just on the right side. what causes this?

It could be due to the shape of your eye. Some of us have big eyes or football shaped eyes and in that situation, the fluid in your eye tends to move around more, creating the flashing lights or blurry line that you may from time to time see. It could also be related to non-pain related Migraines. If it begins to occur more regularly, get it checked out with your doctor or better yet an ophthamologist.
